Model: Archer AX10
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.0 Build 20200827 Rel. 40928(4555)

Hello.

Wireless clients (phones, laptops) cannot connect to the wifi anymore after the upgrade to the last firmware.

I have tried everything, changing wifreles parameters and configuration of the router, forgetting connections and checking wifi settings on the phones, etc (security, encryption, smartconnect, password, ssid names, optimizations and options on the phones) and nothing helped. All devices acted as if something is wrong with the authentication (constant reprompting to enter password on the laptops, sometimes an "authorisation error" on the phones is displayed when new connection is attempted.

The only way any of my devices can connect to wifi is when no security is set on the device (open network, without authentication).

Everything worked as expected before the last firmware upgrade. I tried to downgrade it but that's not possible (apparently).

I'm desperate for an urgent solution. Please help!

Hi. I can confirm that resetting the router to the factory defaults and setting back up again solved the issue for me. Before the reset I tried all the security options (and changing the passwords) on both bands, 2.4GHz and 5GHz, and ONLY no-security allowed connection.

Have you tried a complete reset of the router, press reset button at the back until all lights go off ? Then setting it up from scratch.

Hi, thanks for reporting the issue to the community.

Can you please confirm if the devices are connecting to the 2.4GHz or 5GHz network? Have you tried to change the wireless security to WPA2-PSK AES?
