Model: Archer MR600
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version:

I recently bought a TP Link router, for some reason I am not able to connect. The router switches on, and all the hardware parts have been connected however the router has not been successfully connected as the internet LED status is off. Only the wifi status and power are lit up. I have tried resetting, rebooting over and over without avail. I am using my vodacom contract sim to connect, but it just won't pick it up. Please help.

Good day,

Thank you very much for your time and patience.

For your case, please refer to the following information:

  1. Put the SIM card into the smartphone and make sure it works on the phone;
  2. Log into the Archer MR600 via 19168.1.1, then checked the SIM card status;
  3. Check if there is any internet IP address under advanced>status;

---if not, please go to network to manually create the APN profile;

Thanks a lot.
