Solution Failed to Detect the Wireless Signal of a Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) Range Extender
We recently received some customers' feedback that some particular laptops with Intel wireless adapters supporting 802.11ac cannot detect the wireless signal of our Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) Access Point or Range Extender, while all other devices in the house have no issue connecting at all.
Upon checking some basic information we then found out that the driver version of these Intel wireless adapters is outdated, and the customers also confirmed their issues were resolved by updating the Intel wireless adapters to the latest version.
If any of you, unfortunately, encounter a similar issue as the above, it is strongly suggested upgrading the driver of your Intel wireless adapter to the latest, then it will be done.
