Model: TL-WR840N
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 3.16.0 0.9.1 v6018.0 Build 200702 Rel.19383n

I have subscribed to 50Mbps plan from my service provider ACT Fibernet, i was getting 10MBPS from the router. as i have tested directly connecting the direct lan which is coming from box, I am getting promised speed but from the router i am getting comprimised speed which is 10MBPS. Is there any solution to fix this problem.

@ArunDoddi

To better assist you, please provide us with the below information:

1. What is the speed you can get from the TL-WR840N by wired cable and wireless separately? You can run a speed test for 3 times with computer connected to it.

2. Meanwhile, please verify its wired/wireless negotiation speed as the instruction: https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2265/

Note: For wired negotiation speed, it is the same; while you need right-click on local area connection or Ethernet.

3. Where did you get this firmware 3.16.0 0.9.1 v6018.0 Build 200702 Rel.19383n for the TL-WR840N? Can I have the bottom label of it?

4. Besides, you can refer to the instruction below to narrow down the issue.
