Hello

some times I lost my connection to the router 

I mean my laptop is connected to the  router but I don't have internet 

after that i called to my Internet service provider company

they told me use this command on your cmd "ping 192.168.1.1 -t"

and they told me if your request more than 10 ms your router has got problem

i check it 

sometimes is less than 10 ms but sometimes more than 50 ms or higher!!

Can you please tell me what should i do for this problem?

i mean maybe change the router setting or like this...

and i have to told more than 2 times i reset factory the router
