Agile Config 2.1 Not working anymore with C20 V5

Model: Archer C20

Hardware Version: V5

Firmware Version: Archer C20(US)_V5_200915

After set my local ip address to 192.16.10.66 and open Agile Config 2.1 and choose my folder contain the configurations files ( Backup - Logo ) , then connect router on wan port to my pc , when i turn on the router, nothing happens
