Model: Adapter
Hardware Version: V6
Firmware Version: TP-WN821N

I recently bought TP-Link WiFi USB adapter model- TP-WN821N. (I dont know the version).

I am using Windows 10, 64 bit OS.

Since I do not have a CD player in my system, I downloaded the driver from your site (www.tp-link.com/in)

At the time of choosing the model, I was asked for the version of my device (which i have no idea where to find).

Hence I downloaded the latest version (V6). I ran the setup file. A pop-up window appeared for searching my adapter. Few seconds later, the search failed stating "Adapter cannot be found".

I made sure that there was no firewall protection and the adapter was inserted properly.

I tried to install the driver manually as shown on the video in your website (Troubleshooting video).

But there is no ".inf" file available in the driver set-up folder i downloaded.

Can someone please resolve this issue for me? I am badly on need of this network adapter.
