Wrong username/password trying to access USB HDD connected to Router
I have an external HDD connected to my Archer C7 router through its USB port. I can only access it if I have "Enable Authentication" disabled. Then, I can access it through Win+R → \\TP-Share\. However, having no password is not an option, since my network is shared with other people.
When I enable "Enable Authentication", I get a login window and I get a message saying my username or password is invalid. See the image bellow:
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry for my misunderstanding. Yes, that is correct, you can also downgrade to the previous firmware, which is working fine. Or you can upgrade to the beta firmware that I posted on this thread, it also solved the issue.

@Kevin_Z Ok, I can confirm beta FW works on my C7_V5 EU version.
Thanks a lot.
