Can I have a screenshot of the device label which shows the region version of the C5 V4? This hardware might be a customized version which is specially designed for the local ISP market, so the settings may be restricted.

@Kevin_Z Please find the attachment. Yes, it was obtained from the ISP. And I have disconnected the service with them. So, I can't ask for assistance anymore. BTW, It was recently purchased. Just 6 months old. Please assist.

@Kevin_Z Hey, thanks for trying. I have already tried phone support. They can't do anything regarding this. I have to adapt this or buy some other better brands.
