Model: Adapter
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version:

I've had my TL-WN881ND adapter for 1,5 year. Recently i has started to have connection issues. When i try to connect it with network, it works for about 2 minutes and then it just disconnects or showes that interent doesn't work. I've tried to connect it to 3 different networks and with everyone it is the same. I restarted it, cleaned from dust and uploaded drivers but still it doesnt work correctly. What can I do?

@MHB2

Hello, thanks for reporting the issue to the community.

Please refer to the following suggestions:

1. Update the following driver for your WN881ND: https://static.tp-link.com/2019/201911/20191129/TL-WN881ND V2 windows 10 RTL driver 2024.0.4.208.zip

2. Set up a static IP address on this computer. If possible, please reserve the static IP address for the computer on the main router.

3. Change the wireless advanced settings, like channel 1/6/11, change the channel width to 20mhz for 2.4ghz.

4. If none of the above helps, please help get the system info and driver info on the computer https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2722/.

Thank you very much in advance.

@Kevin_Z

Hello there,

I have installed the drivers from the link and noticed that thiw was Realtek drivers - I was wondering how Realtek is linked to TP-link nad this WIIF card? Does TP-Link uses Realtek components?
