Thanks to the "security performance firmware" (WPA2/AES) and the TKIP broadcast removal when AES is currently in use on the router, I've bought one RE650 (V1) for need.

 

How one set the time manually or sync with a valid pool to use the LED and STANDBY function?

Why there no way to set the time settings manually like in the older (WEB)GUI version?

On the RE650V1 and porbably other similar currenty sold device it's possible to change only the time zone either from JSON POST or from the WEBGUI.


Why is not possible to specify the NTP_SVR address or the CURRENT_TIME?

Sorry for the delay.

Currently, it only supports choosing time zone, not NTP address.

And if you chose the correct time zone, were you able to sync the correct time?

Normally, the time zone would be enough, and once the RE650 is connected to the internet, it would also sync time from internet.
