Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 2.0.2 Buid 20180118 rel.38979 (EU)

My apple devices encountering slowness issues while accessing Internet through TP Link Wifi router. This issue is only with my Apple Devices (iphone 11 and MAC book Pro).

Please suggest me any solution to fix this issue on urgent basis.

Are they both connected to the C1200 5GHz network? How about the link speed? 

 

It is suggested modifying the 5GHz wireless settings, such as change to different channel, channel width to 80MHz, wireless security to WPA2-PSK/AES, then reboot the router and reconnect to the network on both the iPhone 11 and MacBook Pro.

How about the link speed? : Link speed is good as my Android devices working perfectly fine.

channel width changed to 80MHz

wireless security already set to WPA2-PSK/AES
