Model: Archer VR2100
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.0 0.9.1

Hi,

We have install brand new VR2100 this afternoon, everything is working as it should, then configured site-20-site ipsec vpn....for about an hour or so it worked perfectly....

Since it stop working we rebooted and reset the modem, reinstalled site-2-site and still no luck..

The modem establishes phase 1 with no issue, the routers at both ends report an up status on the link.

Now the issue is phase 2 fails to establish a connection...

Any assistance woiuld be very much appreciated.

Cheers
