Hi.

 

I've just had a computer bult for me and had the archer t5e wifi card with bluetooth fitted.

 

Wifi works great but I cant get the bluetooth working. Its wired in properly, but windows installs it as unknown device and says no driver available. 

 

Even when I use the driver I was sent by the tech guys at tp, it doesn't work.

Do you mean you have already tried to install different drivers on your computer, none of them can make the Bluetooth work on your computer?

 

You can also refer to the below article to try some more troubleshooting:

If possible, try this adapter on another computer and see if the Bluetooth part can be detected, thanks.
