Hi, after a power outage all the secondaries decos goes to red light solid.

 

I need to reset and do a new add to the main deco.

 

The topology is quite simple. 

 

Principal Deco on router mode, to a direct cable from the ISP with static IP

Secondaries decos (I have 2 of them) connected wireless to the main deco

Here is the topology. With the kitchen_1 deco conectect with cable to the ISP with static IP

Good day,

Thank you very much for your patience.

For your case, could you please help me check the following information:

1.Are you able to constantly reproduce the same issue?

2.After the LED went solid red, would rebooting the Deco, power on/off recover the connection?

3.Are you able to test connecting one satellite Deco via Ethernet cable to the main on to see if that helped?

4.By the way, who is your internet service provider? Is there any chance to use dynamic IP as the internet connection type, instead of static IP?
