Model: RE200
Hardware Version: V4
Firmware Version: 1.0.7 build 20200922 rel 39466

RE200 only find the host router when it is on channels 36-40-44-48,  I have tried in the band  U-NII-3 to avoid DFS but even in those channels the RE doesn't find the host router, the issue is that I don't have control over the host router as it is handled directly by my ISP. is there a way to fix the issue?

thanks in advance.

@FelipeCifu

Good day.

Do you have a EU version or UN/US version on the RE200?

What is the model number of your home router and which channel it is on currently?

If it is EU version, due to the CE certification, it is not supported band 4 (channel  149-165);

Thank you very much.

@TP-Link thanks for your answer, according to the label it is RE200(UE) however I'm in chile, is there a possibility to enable the band 4?

thanks again.

@FelipeCifu

Hi, thank you for your kind reply.

I am afraid that there is no better solution now.

Really sorry for the inconvenience.

Thanks a lot for your understanding and support.
