@OIF

Hi,

Could you please help me check the following information:

1. for the free VPN in Opera, do you mean this:

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.opera.browser&hl=en_US&gl=US

2. Did this issue start just after the firmware 1.5.1 update?

3. Have you set up any parental control profiles on the device?

4. Have you tried to add the Opera into the white list to have a look?

Thank you very much!

@OIF

Hi

1. No, it is on all platforms. I'm mostly using Ubuntu.

2. I think it happend about 14 days before the 1.5.1 update. Symptoms: When VPN was activated on one PC, the entire Deco M5 network got blocked.

3. Only time control.

4. The ACL is empty.

Regards

Olav Inge

@OIF

Hi, thank you very much for your kind reply.

Would you please test on any windows computers since I am sorry that I was not so familiar with Linux and sorry for the inconvenience.

When the windows PC is connected to the Opera free VPN, would the entire Deco network get blocked again?

--if it is, could disconnecting the VPN recover the connection immediately?

By the way, when you said ‘the entire network is clocked’, would the Deco get red, or they are still green but no internet service?

Thanks a lot and wait for your reply.
