Wondering if it's possible to block an internal IP from accessing the internet on this router. I would still like the device to be reachable locally.

I'm using a custom DNS so using parental controls is not an option - It would be nice if I could set DNS on the guest network to the gateway so I could use parental controls.

You may use Access Control and add this specific device in the blacklist:
