I have set up the extender in the house and get full signal. When I connect in home office via ethernet  cable it connects to router but not internet. Only get the power light on in home office not signal. The ethernet cable is fine as when I plug that into laptop I can connect to internet. But I need WiFi in the office. 
Im not that technical but makes no sense.
