Which username and password are you referring to? If it is the default login username and password to access the router web interface, it should be admin/admin. However, if you have changed it to your own, you need to reset the router to factory defaults and create one again.
However, if you are talking about the username and password for the internet connection, you will need to confirm with your ISP.
