Hi,
I followed the instructions from the App, but upon connecting to the network, there was no internet connnection. After that, I tried to use it only as an access point. I could connect to the network, but the network had no internet connection.
Hi, Could you please help me check the following information:
1. After the setup, would the main Deco get a solid green light?
--if it is solid green, what is the internet IP address under the IPV4?
2. By the way, except the Deco M5, did you have another wireless router from the service provider?
3. Who is your internet service provider and what is the internet connection type did you use, dynamic IP or something else?
