Model: Archer AX6000
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.1 Build 20200714 rel.18254(4555)

I have some issuses with my Archer AX6000 that i bought and plugged in on the 22:nd of december 2020.

No matter what device I use to connect to the Wi-Fi there are constant lagspikes.

I have run a ping plotter program towards 192.168.0.1 on several devices, both computers and mobile phones and it repeatedly spikes from a ok 1.1ms or so, to anything between 50 and 200+ ms about every 10 seconds.

The Wi-Fi speed is also not very good. No device 15 feet away reach more than 50 Mbps download / 105 Mbps upload. A Samsung S10+ no more than a few inches away from the router lands on about 100 Mbps down and 105 Mbps up.

My ISP deliver 1000 Mbps download and 100 Mbps upload

The internet connection in it self is working fine, as is the router, if I connect to it by cable, recieving full upload and download speed.

I have gone through both the chat and phone helpdesk, for hours,  but they had noting more thant the standard rebooting, only one device at the time, different channels and so on to offer.

Anyone else have these problems or did I get a modem that fell of the shelf?

I hope and pray for someone to have a solution.

Best regards

Mats
