I have a number of TP-Links in the house, as the need has grown so have the number of TP-Links.  This means that there are a number of different models of TP-Link devices connected to the Power circuits.

Should the TP-Links work on different circuits in the house, for example if the Router is connected to an EoP TP-Link on he Downstairs Circuit , should EoP TP-Links on the Upstairs Circuit work?

Thank you for your time.

Kind regards Mark

@MarkHarrison20

Hey Mark

This will depend on 2x things..

Are the circuits connected to the same fuse/breaker box?    If they are completely seperate boxes then they liekly will not work, if its just 2x circuits in one house via one central breaker box.. likely will.   Short story there needs to be a link somewhere even if that is back at the fuse/breaker box

Are the plugs different specs?   The AV500/600 range are AC1 and tend to be a good bit 'weaker' on long distance runs, the AV1000+ device are AC2 and perform better.   If you connect an AC2 to a AC1 with some distance between, you mind find the AC2 sees the AC1, but the AC1 cant see the AC2..
