OPENVPN PROBLEM

ROUTER OPERATING MODE:
The router in openvpn mode does not communicate. I can enter the ADSL router but if I try to enter the remote desktop I cannot work.
Obviously I opened the udp 1194 port .........
In PPTP VPN mode ALL OK.
Do you have the same problem?

Would you be able to provide some more information on what you are trying to achieve?
I guess you have enabled the VPN server on the router and there you are able to establish the VPN ok? Does this allocate you a LAN IP address as you have configured?
At this stage are you trying to then remote desktop to one of the LAN Pcs?

yes, he understood perfectly. The vpn connects and the ip address is assigned to me. I can safely ping the PC. Unfortunately I can't connect to remote desktop but I repeat I can ping .......

What error are you getting when you try to RDP to the PC? Ping would indicate that the connection is in place ok.

the ip address that is assigned to me is 10.8.0.3 ........ the remote desktop address is 192.168.0.201 which I can safely ping

no errors ..... there is too much time trying to connect ...

another thing i noticed is that when i try to connect directly to the tp-link through lan in remote desktop it is still very slow during remote desktop authentication. But when I connect to my fritzbox remotely it is very fast.
