My WIFI is ok on G/F where the router (AC1350 Wireless Dual Band) is located but it is not so good upstairs.

Hello, as per your simple description, it seems that the wall obstacles or heavy interference between the G/F and the upstairs in your house is heavy, which cut off the signal a lot.

 

May I know is it the 5G or 2.4G connection? If it is 5G, please refer to this article to try to relocate the C60 as well as the antenna on it, then monitor if there is any improvement:
