Just bought a modem from shopee, everyday the modem will auto restart around time 9:55pm - 10:05pm, everyday sure will restart once at nearly the time, after the modem auto restart, connection still lost, need wait around half hour to reconnect, please teach how to fix it, i no set auto reboot

Firstly, please update the modem firmware to the latest on the local official website:

https://www.tp-link.com/support/download/archer-vr400/v2/#Firmware

 

Here is the guide to update it manually: https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/1756/.

 

Then reconfigure it to connect to the internet and monitor the performance.
