Hello, as confirmed with our engineers that the Archer AX20 supports MU-MIMO by default, and there is no on/off switch on the web GUI.

Hi! @Kevin_Z
I'm interested in buying AX20 and I have some questions regarding it.
1. Do all versions of AX20 support MU-MIMO or just some? -I'm interested in EU version.
2. Why was on/off switch for MU-MIMO removed from Web UI? -Forums are full of posts how it was removed in recent update.
3. Why does only Singaporean website mention MU-MIMO on AX20 product page while others just mention OFDMA?
4. What Wi-Fi channels (2.4 and 5 GHz) are available in AX20 version sold in the EU?
5. Any chance AX20 will get DFS channels?
Thanks!

That's the first thing I did before posting here. Unfortunately, these emulators aren't answers to my questions.
I can't find information about EU version of the product anywhere and since website doesn't mention MU-MIMO on product page, I have doubts it's supported. Removing MU-MIMO on/off switch from web UI also doesn't help. So I wanna know why it was removed in the first place.
Also, I'm interested in available Wi-Fi channels (both 2.4 and 5 GHz) in EU version, because emulators only offer channels 1-11 with 12 and 13 missing (these are allowed in the EU). So I don't have to waste my time buying and returning the router if it doesn't allow usage of these channels.
Reason: I have my current Wi-Fi network on 13. channel because it's the only one without any networks on it.
DFS isn't important to me (at the moment), but I'd like to know if they have plans implementing it on this router.
I'm sorry if this post sounds a little bit harsh; it wasn't my intention. Any answer appreciated.

Thank you for posting on the TP-Link Community.
I will answer your inquiries:
1. Do all versions of AX20 support MU-MIMO or just some? -I'm interested in EU version.
2. Why was on/off switch for MU-MIMO removed from Web UI? -Forums are full of posts how it was removed in recent update.
Kevin_Z: Yes, all versions such as EU and US support MU-MIMO by default. The reason why the on/off switch is removed I think it's because we think this should be enabled by default, and there is no need to disable it. What do you think about this, maybe you have other ideas or opinions on this?
3. Why does only Singaporean website mention MU-MIMO on AX20 product page while others just mention OFDMA?
Kevin_Z: I think the Singaporean website is not updated, we will check this and improve with the local team.
4. What Wi-Fi channels (2.4 and 5 GHz) are available in AX20 version sold in the EU?
5. Any chance AX20 will get DFS channels?
Kevin_Z: As for 2.4G, the Archer AX20(EU) does support channel 1-13; As for the 5G, it supports band 1 (36-48). It doesn't support DFS channels, and it currently doesn't have the plan to add the DFS channel support.
Have a nice day.

If in EU MU-MIMO is by default built in and enabled, then why AX20 home page - https://www.tp-link.com/us/home-networking/wifi-router/archer-ax20/does not contain any word about it? While at same time Archer C80 - https://www.tp-link.com/uk/home-networking/wifi-router/archer-c80/ home page does have MU-MIMO information?
