Model: TL-PA4020P KIT
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

Just bought an av600 starter kit (pa-4022p) and I want to connect it to my existing av2000 powerline network (uses TL-PA9020)

i have tried just plugging in and pairing but my av2000 units just start showing a red led against powerline. I was prepared to accept reduced speed but is there an incompatibility that prevents me from running both on the same powerline?

if not I'm open to ideas

@AndersonCS

Hi, thank you very much for your feedback.

For your case, could you please help run  a simple test:

  1. Plug 1*TL-PA4022p +1*TL-PA9020 on the same power strip;
  2. Check the powerline light whether it is red again;

--if it is , please also help me save a picture of the low powerline rate on the utility so that we would forward your case to the senior engineers later;

By the way, may I know the hardware and firmware version about the TL-PA4022p KIT and TL-PA9020 KIT?

Thanks a lot.
