AX50 WAN speed limit to 100M
I bought AX50 recently. I found my router WAN speed limit to 100M.
My ISP service is HKBN with 500M. I called my ISP customer service today, they checked my router's WAN speed is 100M.
I use all CAT 6 Cables. I tried to reboot the router many time and still no luck......
I use my computer with LAN line (CAT 6) and iPhone 12 WIFI check with "Speedtest.net" is about 95Mbps.
Is AX50 have a hardware problem for this issue??
Please help!
Thanks
Tim

Check if this is set to 'Auto Negotiation':
Check the negotiated speed of your AX50 internet port:
It should be connected @1000 mbps.
Otherwise change the setting to :
and again check the internet port speed.
If it's still connected @100 mbps try with another Cat5e/6 cable or change the port of your ISP device, where you're connecting AX50 (if possible).

I am having similar issues with the AX50 (running firmware version 1.0.9). ISP Connection is 300Mbps.
Manually changing speed to 1000Mbps full duplex seems to temporarily work. After some time, it seems it will default back to 100 (even if setting is 1000) according to the speed tests I made (no more that 100Mbps)
To get it working again, I have to cycle through the Internet port speed settings (from Auto to 1000Mbps) without power cycling the device.

Can we have the name of your ISP, and the model of the modem provided by them? Ensure the modem LAN port can auto negotiate stably to 1000Mbps by connecting a computer with gigabit adapter to it.
As suggested by terziyski, it is suggested to try with another Cat5e/6 cable or change the port of your ISP device, where you're connecting AX50 (if possible), then confirm again.
One more step, do you mean even the negotiation speed is still showing 1000Mbps on the AX50 web page, the actual speed dropped to no more than 100Mbps? How about the link speed on the device connected to the AX50 LAN at that time? If it is a computer, you can find it as below:

Additionally, please follow this troubleshooting guide to confirm all the basic and advanced settings on the AX50, ensure no settings affect the speed:
