How can I identify the WAN port speed is running Gigabyte?

My internet service is 1000M to this site but my new Deco M9 Plus speedtest sometime run over 800M and sometime run below 100M. I need disconnect the router power supply then connect again if it become as 100M.

@naseqeko

Thank you very much and wait for your reply.

Thanks for your patience.

The two Ethernet ports on the M9 Plus are all gigabyte ports.

And the speed test would display the speed that the main Deco gets from the modem.

As for your current issue, may I know which mode is on the Deco, wireless router or access point?

When the speed test showed as 100m, how about the internet download speed on the clients themselves?

Thanks a lot and wait for your reply.
