Ethernet hub with deco
Hello! I'm using the deco AC1200 (3) in my home currently. I also have a TPlink lan hub I'm attempting to use. I have the hub plugged into the main deco via Ethernet. The hub only gives Ethernet access to one device rather than the 4 it should provide Ethernet too though? Is there any way I can fix this?
thank you

Hi,
Thanks for your patience.
May I know the model number of your TP-Link Lan hub?
As for the Deco AC1200, is it Deco M4?
If possible, could you please help me draw a picture of the network topology from the ISP modem to Lan hub?
Thanks a lot and wait for your reply.

they are the deco M4's yes.
the tplink lan hub model number is
TL-SG1005D
I can describe the setup I have. So...
The main deco is running in router mode plugged into my original modem running in bridge mode. I then have the lan hub plugged in to the back of the main deco. I have a laptop and PS4 currently plugged into the ethernet hub. I cannot get them both to work at the same time only one or the other.
Hopefully that helps thanks!

Hi, thank you for your feedback.
Could you please help me check the following details:
- Did the wireless network always work fine on the Deco M4?
- Could you please send me a picture of the ipv4 page on the Deco APP?
- Could you please help me check the IP addresses on the laptop and PS4 when they are connected to the switch together?
- By the way, if possible, could you please connect the switch to one of the satellite Decos to see whether all the 4 ports on the switch could get internet?
- And may I know the model number of your cable modem as well?
And we would like to follow up on your case by email as well and please have a check of your email box.
Thank you very much and wait for your reply.
