hello dears,

I got a new modem from mu internet supplier which model no is VC220-G3u. I think it is a very brand new model of TP-Lİnk.

unfortunately I'm facing with connection drops several times in a day. I'm using 2.4 Ghz freq.in general.

I've tried to find an update and solution for this problem and unfortunately couldnot find.

How can I get over this problem? 

Is this a cronic problem ?

Is this a software problen and could it be solved with an update?

VC220-G3u seems a customized version for Service Providers in the local market, which means the firmware of the router might be self-designed by your ISP.

 

Generally, the support for this customized version is thus covered by your ISP, and we suggest you contact your ISP to troubleshoot.
