Hi,

I have a QNAP NAS Ts-268 connected to my main Deco M9 router with a network cable. I have Plex media server setup on my NAS but I can't find any files when browsing Plex on my computer on Wifi. Logging into Plex works and browsing the folders but the files don't appear.

My NAS has this reserved IP : 192.168.68.100

I tried setting up port-forwarding for port 32400 on 192.168.68.100 that is used by Plex but with no success. What should I do?

Thanks!!

@El_Jakobo

Hi, thanks for your patience.

Could you please help me check the following details:

  1. Currently, you could access the Plex media server but the folders are all blank, right?
  2. If you checked on the NAS directly, the files are here and could be opened with no issue, right?
  3. What kind of format of these files?
  4. If the computer is connected to the same Deco node’s Wi-Fi, would that make any difference?

Thank you very much and wait for your reply.
