Hello,

I have a WPA4220 in my office and want to wireless connect a Scansnap scanner to it. Most of the times the connection doesn't work. Only sometimes, when I restart WPA4220, the connection is successfull. But only until the next restart of the Scansnap scanner. Then it doesn't work anymore. I'm quite unhappy with that situation.

It's somehow strange that it only works right after restarting WPA4220. Do you have any solution to this?

Thank you very much in advance.

Yours

Martin

@MartinGermany

Hi,

Is the Scansnap scanner able to connect to the 4220 via Ethernet cable?

Would there be any error message when it failed to work?

In case it was caused by the powerline connection, could you please help me do the following test:

  1. Unplug the master unit 4010 and only connect the 4220 to the main router to leave 4220 as an access point;
  2. Then check the Scansnap scanner whether it could maintain a stable connection;

Thanks and wait for your reply.
