I found a new firmware version ( TL-WPA4220(EU)_V1_170519) for my device in a unofficial site (https://drivers.plus/it/tp-link-tl-wpa4220-kit-v1-powerline-firmware-170519/305599/).

So where can I download the lastes firmware version of my device?
