Model: Archer C5400X
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.1.2 build 20191223 Rel 73956

Hi

My devices seem to max out at 192mbps on wifi link speed with my router.  This seems to be the case for two separate android devices "mate 20 pro". This happens on both 2.4ghz and 5ghz bands.  I tried this on another three router and i got 933mbps on that so im thinking it could be something with my router.  Any ideas?

I know my firmware is very old, but i think its also the latest tp link have released.

Hi, thank you for your help.  I actually sorted this out yesterday and needed to revert back here.  I have changed many of the settings including channel width (due to another bug with wifi I was trying to remedy) Channel width being on 20mhz was limiting this to 192.  I've opened it up to 40mhz which is giving me 400mbps link speed now, and sufficient for my wifi needs.

Please could you have a look at the below post if possible, as I've been struggling with that issue for about a year.

Archer C5400X w/ latest firmware, drops wi-fi connectivity to internet all the time.

Hi,

Can I have a picture of the wireless link speed on the mate 20 pro?

May I know when did this issue start?

By the way, what are the operating system of the two mate 20 pros?

Could you please refer to this link to change the wireless channel and channel width to see if that made any difference:

Thank you very much and wait for your reply.
