@Martin_Warsaw

Just to confirm, are you encountering any disconnect issue when connecting to the AX1500 network? May I know who is your ISP?

When the internet drops on the AX1500, how about the internet LED on it, is it still green or orange?

Have you confirmed this with your ISP also? Please connect the computer directly to the ISP modem, check if it can maintain a stable internet connection. If yes, please try to clone the PC's MAC address to the AX1500 by connecting this PC to the AX1500 LAN port, then monitor again.

If the issue persists, please kindly send us the whole system log, including those before and after the dropouts, our engineer with try to investigate.

@Kevin_Z  the case is that the log is cleared because of this error. Spoke with pl support, sending out router for warranty. This issue happens no matter if I'm connected by cable, 5 or2,4g. It's not ISP issue, I connected backup huawei AX3 router and all works stable. No resets since 4 days. Ax1500 has been reciting 2 times or more daily.
