Hi, Welcome to the community.

The previous user fixed this issue by changing the device login password to "admin". But the senior engineers think it might be due to the network caches. So he also suggested changing to a different browser and clearing the browsing history or access in Incognito Mode.

Hi, is there an update to this? I also have problem with the same router. In Service Filtering section, everything I add to filtering list, will be disabled and cannot enable by clicking the bulb button. Also, cannot delete entries, trying so will give me the 4716 error. Please help.
