Hello: 

I have this situation. 

1- I create a parental control rule for roblox game

2- it was working fine

3- accidentally, the rule was deleted

4- I try to recreate the rule, but its not working any more. 

 

Report: "Error saving your configurqtion. Please, tra later"

 

Alternatives: 

a) create the rule with different names. Not working. same error

b) restart the decos. same error

c) reinstall the app. same error.

 

Please... any help or support on this?

Hi, Are you able to reproduce the same issue every time?

--if yes, please click the top left settings button>help>suggestions>feedback and tick the system log and send it to us.

And have you updated the Deco APP as well as the Deco M5 to the latest firmware version?

Would creating the parental control rule for another website have the same issue?
