Cannot change password of guest network via app
I try to change password of the guest wifi network in the Deco app under wifi settings. When I change the password and want to save, I get a pop-up that the change failed.
Is there another way I should try to change the password?

Hi, can I have a picture of the error message?
Did you connect to the guest network and change the password, or actually you are connected to the main network or 4G mobile data?
If you are able to reproduce the same issue all the time, please click the settings on the top left of the APP>help>Contact US>feedback and add the APP log to us;
Please also add the model number or your smartphone as well as the operating system;
Thank you very much and wait for your reply.

It is in Dutch so I translate: "Set up of wireless information failed"
I tried when connected to the main network, guest network and via 4G and I get the same message all the time.
Phone is a Samsung 9+ and operating system android 10
I will send the APP log as well

Thank you very much.
And could you please provide me a picture of your network topology as well?
--If there is any network switch, please also write down the model number;
Thank you very much.

Hi, Thanks for your kind reply.
I saw that your current firmware is 1.1.8 Build 20190917 Rel. 76172 which is a little old.
Could you please try to update the firmware to be the latest one:

I updated the firmware to 1.4.3 and now I could change the password.
Strange was that I did not get any info or notification that I could update the firmware.
But I did it in the app and it worked.
Thanks!
