Model: Archer A20
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 3.16.12

(sorry I couldnt find my model in the list. Its a TL-WR710N) I have correctly installed the router as a booster and when I walk from the Virgin Hub 4 into a further room it automatically connects to the booster as it should.  It has full singnal but no internet.  It seems like something is blocking it as I have another TP router and its doing the same thing with that one too.  I have updated the firmware to the latest version but that is not solving the problem.  Please help.

@Tigermoff

Please refer to the below guide to reset the WR710N and reconfigure it to connect to the Virgin Hub 4:
https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/227/

If the internet is still not working when you connect a phone or laptop to the WR710N, please confirm the below details:

1. Check what is the IP address on your phone or laptop.

2. Connect the phone or laptop to the host wireless network of the Virgin Hub 4, check the IP address as well, and compare the two. If the IP address is in the same IP range and the default gateway is the same, which means the internet should be good, you may try to restart the modem and the WR710N and confirm again.

3. Ensure there is no special settings or limitation on the Virgin Hub 4, which may block the WR710N to connect to the internet, such as access control or blacklist.
