Model: Archer AX3000
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

I bought the AX3000 router about 2 months ago. The past few weeks, the connection keeps dropping 5-6 times a day for various amounts of time. The Ethernet and Wifi both stop working even though the modem has a connection to the internet.
What can be done to fix this issue? It is very frustrating as I work from home, and I am constantly dropped from meetings.

@MichaelKyleM

Is the model number Archer AX50, or AX3000? Please verify it by the device label, then check if its firmware is up-to-date.

How about the Wi-Fi LED on the AX3000 when the internet is disconnecting? Are they correctly on? Who is your ISP? Is there a WAN IP address when the internet drops? If there is one, please try to change the DNS server address to something else, such as Google's DNS 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4, then confirm.
