Model: Deco X60
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.2.6 build 20201013 Rel. 57035

My network diagram is shown below. It's a complete 1G network via a managed network switch. I have to keep the main router to isolate home traffic from office traffic. Hence Router mentioned below can't be replaced.  I have around 25 devices connected on average all the time. These include 3 Windows PC (2 Lenovo and 1 Dell), few other devices and mobile devices.

The problem: While we are watching TV shows using google chromecast (connected to 1st floor X60 deco), it will pause for around 30-60 seconds and then it will resume back. At that time, the X60 deco LED stays green. If I look at the deco app, it says both remote deco disconnected for a while and comes back after some time.  Please let me know if you need any additional info.

Would you please help me fix the issue?

@mgpatel75

Hi, did the Deco X60 work on the wireless router or access point mode?

Please refer to the following suggestions to have a look:

1. Turn off the Mesh Technology for the TV on the Deco APP;

2. Change the DNS server on the Deco: More>advanced>IPV4>dynamic IP> Use the following DNS;

3. Put the TV to high priority;

Except for the TV, is there any issue with the rest of the mobile devices?

And what is the model number of your smart TV?

Thank you very much and wait for your reply.
