Model: TL-PS310U
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 2.076.003.T0209

system was working under windows 10 1909 via USB over IP Server (https://www.tp-link.com/uk/support/download/tl-ps310u/v2/).
Last update TL-PS310U_V2_Utility_20191224.  However recently upgraded to windows 10 20H1 and 21H1. both can launch the program and found printer.
But when click connect it will crash windows (BSOD). Any thoughts?

@kelvin_ni Dear customer,

Hi sorry for the late update. It is recommended to perform a factory reset before reinstall this Printer Server:

Reset:

1.      Unplug the power adapter of print server;

2.      Press the Reset key on the print server and hold;

3.      Plug-in the power adapter with the Reset key pressing for no less than 7 seconds;

4.      Release the Reset key.

If still the same issue, may I have a photo " when click connect it will crash windows (BSOD)."?  Do you mean after Utility found printer,  you clicked" Connect" button on  and Windows will crash?  May I have a photo of your motherboard info of your PC as well ? Thank you
