The factors that determine the range of a wireless router include the specific 802.11 protocol it runs, the strength of its device transmitter, and the nature of physical obstructions and radio interference, etc, in the surrounding area.
Since the actual wireless range is affected by these factors, wireless coverage will vary from home to home, you can check the following link to get more about the wireless coverage of a router:

On the TP-Link website, the TL-WR841HP router shows it can be covered up to 10,000 square feet of area. Is it possible in an actual scenario that the router can be covered up to 10,000 square feet of the area? And what do u mean by 1000mw*1 up to 5x transmission power compared to a normal router?

10,000 square feet could be theoretical, your results will depend more on your environment than on any spec you read.
The output power specifications reflect the maximum possible radio output power, plus antenna gain. That of the WR841HP is much higher than normal routers.
