Hello,

 

 

Just received 10 days ago this WiFi router  Archis C6 V2.0 EU version (in order to NAT ports from my buggy Internet box...).. Everything is ok but every 2-3 days .... the router is crashing completely needing a complete hard reboot .... I installed the last 1.3.6 Build 20200902 rel.65591 firmware .... 

 

Any somilar experience encountered ?

What is the symptom of the crash? Please try to describe the LEDs status when it crashed, can you see its wireless network when it crashed?

 

You can try to reset it to factory defaults either by pressing the RESET button or doing factory defaults via its web interface page, then reconfigure it from scratch to check again if it will work properly.


Is there any high load or high traffic when the router crashes?


How many devices connected to the router most of the time, what if you disconnect some of them?

 

Are you using the original power adapter that came with the box?

All leds are still there but no more 2.4GHz Wifi (I disabled the 5.8Ghz one)

 

I have around 20 devices connected..... in term of CPU load fluactuating between 20 up to 80%. Memory usage about 33%....

Only one NAT rule active and 8 statics adresses defined

 

Yes I am using the original power unit ....

 

I just flashed the beta firmware found in another thread (ArcherC6v2_eu-up-ver1-3-6-P1[20201208-rel52296].bin) to test it.... Will see if it's better or not
