Online Function not working on VR600 V2
Hello,
My router is VR600 EU, I just updated its firmware to the latest beta version (210318 Beta.38701n) but the online functionality is not working after the firmware update and I can't access the router from Tether mobile app, and each time I try to login using tplink account or opening the tp link cloud tab from the router admin page, I get an error says that no internet connection. However, the internet connection is working.
I tried to reset the router but the problem still exists.

Hi, what is your current firmware, Build 210318 Beta.38701n or Build 210409?

Hi i try it but I'm observing ping and latency issues.If i open qos i see loss and spike or ping fluctuation.

@TP-Link Hi, I tried the firmware that you sent me in the inbox but I found that QOS feature is removed from the menu, Is there anyway to fix it?
