   Can someone tell me why this is happening my to link 4g wireless box is only showing 2 lights and it's saying it isn't connected to the internet when my device connects perfectly it just Dosent allow me to use it

Hi, may I know the model number of your TP-Link router?

Please refer to the following suggestions to have a look:

1. please log into http://tplinkmodem.net, then save a picture of the advanced>status page;

2. check whether there is a valid IP address under advanced>status>internet settings'

if the IP address is 0.0.0.0, please go to advanced>network>internet>manually create an APN profile;

if the IP address is something else, please go to advanced>network>lan settings and change the DNS server to be 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4
