Model: Archer A20  
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.1.1 Build 20200918 rel.67850(4555)

For some reason the AC2300 model number is not available above, so I had to select another model. 

 

This is a new router purchased about a week ago and I had no problems initially setting up the old Wi-Fi password, but decided it would be a good idea to change this today. When I edited it and pressed the save button it all seems correct and a pop up says saved, however all my devices remain online. After logging out and logging in it is clear the old password is still in place.

 

Is there some way to fix this?

@terziyski Thanks it's working now, but very strangely it was refusing to embed changes, even though they said they were saved. If I refreshed the page it would return to the previous setting. This happened whether in basic mode or advanced for the best part of a day, so it's a bit of a mystery.

Try using another browser when configuring the device.

If that persists then hard reset (method 1) and reconfigure from scratch.

Clearing the browser cahce may help in this kind of a situation. Good to hear you have that resolved.

After saving the changes, you will need to reboot the router to make the settings take effect.
