Today my base deco had a solid red indicator, when I started the app it said there whas no internet connection. I talked to my ISP but they had no issues. I continued to test an old Apple router with the same ethernet cable and it connected to the internet immediately. 

 

I have tried to reset the Deco, no luck. I reset one of the satellites and tried to set that up as a new base, no luck. Just a red LED mocking me.

 

I've tried all the steps described here:

Is it bricked/broken?

HI,

May I know who is your ISP as well as the model number of your cable modem?

What internet connection type did you choose, dynamic IP or something else?

When the Deco is red, if you go to Deco APP>More>advanced>IPV4, would there be any IP address?

Did you have any wired laptop which could connect to the ISP modem directly to test the internet service as well?

By the way, how long have you had the Deco?
